With over a decade of experience leading kitchens from bustling taverns to Michelin fine dining institutions — including work at Robert De Niro’s Tribeca Grill, Talde, Oceana, and as Executive Chef at Arlo Hotels — I know what it takes to succeed at the highest level.
I’m also deeply committed to regenerative agriculture, operational sustainability, and the long-term health of both people and the planet.
