Soil To SoulWhere Culinary Art Meets Spirit, Land, and Linage.
Soil to Soul was born in the Amazon Jungle.
Late at night, surrounded by the hum of insects and the pulse of the earth, I kept writing menus inside my misquito net. Dish after Dish. Flavor after Flavor. I didnt understand it at the time - but something deeper was speaking.
I had gone to the jungle seeking connection with Mother Nature.
What I discovered was this:
We are nature. And food is the way back to ourselves.
Soil to soul is the culinary expression of that realization - a blending of technique, ritual, story, ceremony, and the regenerative ingredients of Northern California.
This experience is meant to slow you down.
To nourish you deeply.
To bring people together with intention.
This is food that honors where it comes from - and where it lands within you.

Why People Are Choosing Private Dinners Over Restaurants
The truth is… going out to dinner often misses the mark. Here’s why:
1. You don’t know where the food comes from.
Most restaurants rely on seed oils, commodity/feedlot beef, and industrial ingredients that don’t nourish the body — or the land.
2. The food isn’t personal.
You’re eating the same menu as hundreds of people that night.
Nothing is crafted specifically for your energy, your table, your celebration.
3. The quality rarely matches the price.
Even high-end restaurants are stretched thin with food costs, labor issues, and rushed plating.
4. The experience is unpredictable.
Long wait times.
Crammed rooms.
Canned hospitality.
Loud tables.
Rushed courses.
Servers who are juggling ten other parties.
5. It’s hard to feel present.
The restaurant pace is fast, bright, noisy, and transactional — not intimate, not intentional, not grounding.
